Prepared to the current ALTA/NSPS Minimum Standard Detail Requirements, including the Table A items your lender or title insurer specifies. Shows the boundary, improvements, easements, and the recorded matters listed in the title commitment.
Mortgage Inspection Reports
Prepared for a specific lender or title company, showing the improvements on a lot relative to its apparent boundary lines.
Not a Land or Boundary Survey. As Oklahoma rules require, this report carries that label and should not be used to place fences or new improvements. For that, order a boundary survey.

Elevation certificate: completed on FEMA's form from field measurements of the structure. Used for flood insurance rating, floodplain permits, and Letter of Map Amendment requests.
